The BARBA STATHIS Volunteer Program "Together We Do Good!" Supports “The Smile of the Child"

Through its Volunteer Program "Together We Do Good!", BARBA STATHIS supported the organization “The Smile of the Child" and the children hosted in its Thessaloniki facilities.

As part of the program, BARBA STATHIS employees visited the organization's summer grounds in the Lagada area, where they volunteered to carry out upgrades and landscaping work on the premises, with a special focus on the children's needs.

The "Together We Do Good!" volunteers revitalized the area with enthusiasm and teamwork, by planting decorative flowers and herbs. They also painted the hospitality areas and took care of the cleaning and maintenance of the playground.

BARBA STATHIS supplemented its employees' efforts by donating frozen vegetables to meet the children's current needs. It’s worth noting that this food donation is part of the company's broader Corporate Social Responsibility Program, which includes providing vegetables to many charitable organizations throughout Greece to combat food insecurity.
